1. Who will come to my house?
Suzy Q's has a few select pet sitters that will care for your pets. Andi is present at all consults and during the first visit of a sitting . Only Andi will be present at any special need animals that require injections or hard to handle animals. Only one sitter will be assigned to a service request.
2. Do you have a contract?
Yes, each client will fill out a contract on the intital visit. After that a service request form is filled out for additional visits.
3. Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Suzy Q's is both bonded and insured.
4. What happens if there is an emergency while you are away?
First, Suzy Q's will call you, next we will contact your vet and take your pet to the emergency clinic if needed.
5. How are the keys kept?
All keys are labeled with your pets name, no address or name of the owner. Once tagged keys are stored in a fire proof combination safe.
